Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We will invite you to RSVP online at a later date.

RSVPs will be requested in the wedding invitation which will follow at a later date.

What is the addresses of the wedding ceremony/reception venue?

Our venue's address is 295 Lindsay Rd Suite 100, Hudson, WI 54016. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps.

What happens if it rains?

We have a covered backup location at the venue, so the celebration will continue rain or shine.

What's the best airport to use?

Hotels in Hudson, Stillwater and Minneapolis will be easily accessible from Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) via taxi or uber.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

For your convenience, we have reserved blocks of rooms at two hotels in Hudson that are near each other and near the wedding venue. You can find more information about those hotels and others that might be of interest on our Travel and Stay page.

Transportation

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Shuttles will be provided to and from The Comfort Inn and The Best Western, both in Hudson, before and after the wedding. Additional details will be provided.

 About Uber & Lyft
Uber and Lyft are very unlikely to be available in the evening at our wedding venue. As noted we will provide shuttle transportation to and from the hotels in Hudson where we have reserved blocks of rooms [and also to the suggested hotels in Stillwater MN]. If you choose to stay at one of the other hotels in the area, you could ride our shuttles to hotels in Hudson [or Stillwater] and possibly find an Uber from there to your hotel. However, given the uncertainty of transportation by Uber or Lyft in the evening, you may prefer to drive/rent a car if you chose to stay in hotels other than those served by the shuttle. Parking at the wedding venue is available at no charge.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

If you would like to drive to the wedding there is free on-site parking.

What if I’m not staying at the hotel blocks and would like to uber home

Ubers are not generally available in the evening at our wedding venue but you could ride our shuttles to the reserved hotels and possibly find an Uber or a Lyft from there. Please see information about Uber & Lyft above.

Will there be a shuttle to pre-wedding events?

We will not be providing guest transportation to the welcome party but can help coordinate ride sharing to and from the hotel blocks.

Wedding Dress Code

What's the dress code for your wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail Attire. We suggest men wear a suit with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dressy dress or dressy separates. Please note we will have the ceremony on a lawn, weather permitting, so we suggest avoiding shoes with pointy heels.

Plus-Ones and Children

Can I bring my children or a “plus-one” to the wedding?

If your child’s name appears on the wedding invitation, your child is invited. If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, that person is invited. All invited guests should find that their name pops up when they access the RSVP link.
